Wagyu Sirloin with Local Roasted Garlic Butter and Parmesan Baked Tomato – A 5oz cut of our silky wagyu sirloin grilled to your desired perfection then topped with Ohio Amish butter infused with local roasted garlic. Served with mashed potatoes and half a local organic tomato topped with parmesan and fresh marjoram then roasted to perfection. 25.17
Honey-Chipotle Glazed Copper River Sockeye with Mexican Creamed Corn and Potatoes – Wild caught sockeye salmon from Alaska’a famous copper river is seared until the skin is crisp then roasted until medium and glazed with a mix of local honey, lime juice and chipotle puree. Served on a bed of local sweet corn, potatoes, fragrant chiles, garlic and Mexican crema. 30.17
Vegan Quinoa Risotto with Hyssop-Chickpea Pesto and Grilled Zucchini – Organic Arborio rice and organic tri-color quinoa are combined for vegan take on risotto along with portabella mushrooms, local green beans and local candy onions. Finished with local organic anise hyssop, parsley, basil, olive oil and organic chickpeas pureed into a creamy pesto. Garnished with a grilled section of local organic zucchini 20.17

We are an eclectic and quaint cafe in the heart of downtown Yellow Springs, OH.
We believe in "from scratch" cooking . Almost everything is made in house including all breads, veggie burgers, burgers, gyros, jams, hot sauce, dressings, soups, sauces and on and on all the way down to the pickles.
We believe in keeping it local. We source our food from 20+ local farms some of them certified organic but all of them naturally minded that refrain from the use of pesticides, GMOs, growth hormones or antibiotics. Not everything is local, I mean, no one grows olives in Ohio, but we do our best and wouldn't have it any other way.
We believe in sustainability. From meticulously sourced seafood with the most sustainable fishing methods to handmade patio furniture made from old wood pallets. We use only compostable carryout containers and a local farm composts all of our food and paper waste.
We believe in seasonal creativity. Weekly dinner specials using the best of what the farmers have to offer. Vegan/Vegetarian options galore including classic meat dishes transformed. Chef's Choice anything goes "Vick" Burgers. Specialty seasonal pancakes and daily omelet specials.
We believe in classic cuisine and world cuisine done right. From fresh baked biscuits and gravy made with local cream and sausage to our famous thin and crispy pancakes to huevos rancheros to gyros and falafel to Irish chicken, wagyu steak, Thai peanut tofu and shrimp and grits. There is not a style of cuisine we don't love and prepare with love.
